新型填料塔在环氧乙烷生产中的应用

【摘要】 在环氧乙烷生产中,以板波纹填料与丝网波纹填料相结合的新型填料塔更新原有的浮阀塔取得了显著经济效果。改造前后的塔径、塔高基本相同,改造后环氧乙烷产量由原来日产5吨提高到8吨以上,可提高60%。产品纯度由原来的97%左右提高到99.8%以上。原材料消耗也大为降低。以年增产500吨环氧乙烷计算,全年可增加产值437.5万元,比82年增长20%,每年可为国家多创税利140多万元,增长25.5%。

【Abstract】 In the production of ethylene oxide in Tianjin Auxiliary Agent Factory, the conventional float valve columns were renewed by the new columns packed with Sulzer Packing CY (wire gauze) and Sulzer Mellapak. This improvement has generated a great economic benefit. Column diameters and hights were almost the same as those before reforming. After being reformed, the output of ethylene oxide was raised from 5 tons to more than 8 tons per day, going up at least by 60 Percent. The purity of product was raised from about 97 percent to over 99. 8 percent. The consumption of raw materials was also greatly cut down. If taking an increase of 500 tons/yr of ethylene oxide into account, the output value would increase by 4.375 million yuan a year, going up 20 percent over that of 1982; profit and tax of over 1.4 million more yuan would be created, going up 25.5 percent.
