电子电路统计分析方法—monte carlo方法和中小型计算机FORTRAN程序
Statistical Analysis of Electronic Circuits arid Its Fortran Programs
【摘要】 电子线路的统计分析是研究电路容差问题的重要方法。本文提出了一个对电子线路进行Monte Carlo统计摸拟分析的有效方法。其中包括元件的五种常见数值分布的随机抽样方法,m维元件随机向量的抽样方法,随机电路方程的建立,可靠性的分析,输出量在取值范围内统计分布情况的分析以及概率密度函数(PDF)的导出方法等等。经过计算实践,说明这种方法是可行的,它尤其适用于中、小型计算机。本文还介绍了相应的FORTRAN计算程序。
【Abstract】 The statistical analysis of electronic circuits is an important way for analyzing the tolerances of circuits. An effective way for analyzing electronic circuits by Monte Carlo statistical stimulation is described, It includes the stochastic sampling of five common distributions of the element value, the establishment of stochastic circuit equation, the stochastic sampling of m-dimensional vector of components, the analysis of reliability, the statistical distribution of the output within the value range, aud the method to derive the probability density function (PDF). Calculations have shown the method to be feasible, especially for small and middle sized computers. The corresponding FORTRAN program is discussed as well.
