【摘要】 本文对一年半期间收治14例心脏粘液瘤的临床分析,13例手术切除。其中11例左房粘液瘤,1例右室粘液瘤,1例肺动脉内粘液瘤。术后死亡4例,成功的病人没有复发,远期心功能良好。对粘液瘤诊断、手术方法和远期复发进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with a clinical analysis of 14 cases of cardiac myxoma in a period of 1.5 years. Among them 13 patients underwent surgical excision in which 11 were ill with left atrial myxomata, 1 case was in the right ventricular region, 1 case was pulmonary myxoma. Accurate diagnoses were made by ecocardis ography. They were ranged from 14 to 67 years of age. 4 patientdied during hospitalization, no evidence of recurrence found in the rest 9 cases. Their cardiac functions were excellent. The diagnosis and treatment of cardiac myxoma and the problem of later recurrence were discussed as well.更多还原
