【摘要】 本文报告我院1979年8月至1981年12月,使用一般放射科设备进行28例经股动脉插管选择性脑血管造影的操作体会、注意事项和并发症的预防。其中4例行左侧或右侧颈总动脉造影,失败3例;24例行左侧椎动脉造影失败2例(年龄均在40岁以上)。28例造影仅1例于造影后二小时出现癫痫样大发作,经抗痫治疗而愈,其他受检查者无明显并发症。表明在一般医院,采用此造影术是安全易行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-eight cases undergoing selective cerebral angiogra- phy with femoral catheterization by means of common radio- logical equipments were reported, to introduce our technique, points for attention, and the prophylactic measures for comp- lications. Among 4 cases done with the left or right carotid angiography 3 cases failed, while of the other 24 cases with the left vertebral angiography, only 2 failed, Except one case having suffered from grand real, all of the others had no apparent complication. Thus, the left vertebral angiography with a str- aight end catheter is safe and available in a general hospital.更多还原
