【Abstract】 The method of M.M. Flood is an important method for solving some optimization problems. The central point at issue is to take up some optimization problems for a change to find out the zero elements which are neither in the same row nor in the same column of the matrix.This paper gives a programming method in the n×n matrix to find a group of the most zero elements which are neither in the same row nor in the same column and to compile Algol-60 program for some schemes to operate on the TQ-16 machine.更多还原
