低温对小白鼠睾丸发育和生精作用的影响
EFFECTS OF LOW TEMPERATURE ON THE GROWTH AND SPERMATOGENESIS OF TESTES OF MICE
【摘要】 小白鼠睾丸作用于-25℃条件下,第一组30只动物的右侧睾丸每次受冷6分钟,每日一次,连续三日(左侧为对照),结果受冷睾丸组织萎缩,至第6周时睾丸全部被吸收而不可恢复。第二组40只动物,右侧睾丸于-25℃下受冷一次,3分钟(左侧为对照),自第1周开始,大部分曲细精管萎缩,细胞崩解,生精功能受到抑制;第2~5周时,此种抑制作用最明显,至第7周曲细精管恢复正常。组织学观察发现初级精母细胞和早期发育阶段的精子细胞对冷作用最敏感,间质细胞对低温有较强的抵抗力,在曲细精管萎缩退化的切片中,未见间质细胞有明显的改变。
【Abstract】 This paper reports on the experimental researches regarding the effects of low tempe-rature on the spermatogenesis of the testis. The method is by controlling the temperature ofan adjustable refrigerator at --25℃. The first group of tested tested was subjected to theabove mentioned temperature for 6 minutes once a day for three consecutive days. The re-sult was that the tissues of the testes began to atrophy and were completely absorbed by thesixth week, beyond recovery. The second group of testes was exposed once to the same temperature only for 3 minutes.From the first week, most of the seminiferous tubules began to atrophy, the cells collapsed,and spermatogenesis was inhibited. The inhibition was the most obvious from the second tothe fifth week. By the seventh week the seminiferous tubules began to gradually recover tonormal. It is found by histological observations that the primary spermatocytes and spermatidsin the early stage of development are most sensitive to low temperature, while interstitial cellsare more resistant to it, having shown no appreciable changes whatever in the sections ofthe atrophic seminiferous tubules.
