【摘要】 摘除卵巢的小白鼠,用雌、孕激素处理,并以橄榄油诱发蜕膜。经人工诱发蜕膜后的小白鼠随机分为两组:实验组皮下注射前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）,对照组皮下注射生理盐水。结果PGE₂使蜕膜重量显著减轻,且子宫基质细胞向蜕膜细胞的转化受抑制。皮下注射PGE₂还使蜕膜cAMP含量及DNA合成减少。提示PGE₂可能通过对cAMP的影响和干扰蜕膜组织的核酸代谢,从而使子宫蜕膜细胞反应受抑制。我们认为PGE₂的这种作用是不依赖于卵巢和胚泡的,这可能是PGE₂终止早孕的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mice were ovariectomised and treated with estrogen and progestin, and then de-cidual tissue was induced by olive oil given into the uterus. After the Olive oil had been giv-en, these mice were divided into two groups. Prostaglandin E₂ （PGE₂） was given subcu-taneously to the mice of one group, while physiological salt solution was given to the other. Decrease of weight in decidual tissue by PGE₂ was observed, and the inhibition of transi-tion from stroma cells was also observed under the microscope. We also found that the con-tent of Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate （cAMP） and the synthesis of Deoxyribonucleic Acid（DNA） in the decidual cell could be decreased by PGE₂. What we observed suggests thatPGE₂ may affect the metabolism of cAMP in the decidual cell and subsequently disturb thesynthesis of nucleic acid, and, as a consequence, the decidual cell reaction of the stroma cell isinhibited. This activity of PGE₂ is independent of the corpus luteum and the blastocyst.Probably, this mechanism is one of the factors interrupting eary pregnancy.更多还原
