裂化催化剂再生过程中的消碳动力学和机理
Kinetics and Mechanism of Elimination of Carbonaceous Deposits on Cracking Catalysts in Regeneration
【摘要】 在等温的固定床反应器中,采用脉冲反应技术对工业分子筛裂化催化剂上的碳沉积的燃烧动力学进行了研究,并将结果和常规的流动反应技术的数据作了比较。在试验中发现,当脉冲空气流过反应器之后,在不含氧的载气气流中仍可继续在相当长的时间内检测到数量可观的CO与CO2。由此提出的反应机理为:焦炭和氧反应时首先形成一种中间化合物CyOx,保留在焦炭上,随后经过分解或进一步氧化而生成CO与CO2。
【Abstract】 The combustion kinetics of carbonaceous deposits on commercial zeolite catalysts was studied in an isothermal fixed-bed reactor. Conventional flow technique and pulse technique were adopted. Both CO and CO2 were found in the effluent by the detector not only in the injected air pulse, but also in the carrier gas when air injection was stopped. The phenomenon suggested the existence of an intermediate complex Cy-OX formed by coke and oxygen in the air pulse and decomposed subsequently to give CO and CO2. Rate equations were given.274
