五种开孔率下F-1浮阀塔板两相流接触状态初步研究

【摘要】 为适应当前国内石油及化工生产中所广泛应用的F-1型塔板开孔率变化范围较宽的特点,对F-1型塔板五种开孔率(11.9%,10.3%,8.7%,7.1%,5.6%)进行了塔板上的两相流接触状态研究。 试验条件下,F型浮阀塔权与锥心浮阀塔板上两相流接触状态是完全相同的。在一定气速下,开孔率不同,随着液流强度的增加,塔板上仍依次出现喷溅、混合泡沫.完全泡沫三种状态。由操作状态区域图上表明,开孔率对混合泡沫区域的范围大小没有影响,但开孔率减小,混合泡沫区域向入口清液层减小的方向移动。本文考虑了开孔率因素,得出了板上两相流接触状态转变点的准数关联式。

【Abstract】 The two-phase contact regime on F-1 valve tray at five different fractional areas of valve holes has been studied.At specified experimental conditions, the two-phase contact regime on F-l valve tray is the same as that on Hy-Contact valve tray. At a fixed fractional area of valve holes and a constant gas velocity, with increasing liquid rate there were present in turn three contact regimes: spray,mixed-froth and froth.From the zones of contact regimes it is shown that the fractional area of valve holes has no effect on the range of mixed-froth regime zone,but with decreasing fractional area this zone will shift towards the side of smaller inlet clear liquid height.Including the factor of fractional area, criteria correlations of inversion points of regimes are proposed.
