铯原子频标中铯束管的噪声分析
Noise Analysis of Beam Tube in Cesium Atomic Fequency Standards
【摘要】 本文分析了铯原子频标中铯束管噪声产生的原因.探索了它的物理机制。对铯束噪声的测量表明,在无其它因素影响的情况下,铯束噪声值与理论计算的散弹噪声值符合得较好.提出了降低非散弹噪声的措施和要求。改进后的铯束管的噪声值约是未改进的铯束管噪声值的1/3,给出了它们的噪声谱的比较.
【Abstract】 In this artical,the noise sourses of the beam tube in cesium atomie frequency standards are analysed,and their physical mechanism arc ex- plored.The noise measurement of cesium beam tube has shown that,the measured values accorde with the theoritical calculations by the shot noise except the effects of other factors.The measures and necessar- ities for reducing shot noise are suggested.The noise level of the imp -roved cesium beam tube is 3.5 times lower than that of the old one, simultaneously the contrast of the noise spectrum is given.
