【摘要】 本文应用了28个材料的烟叶,其中有乔庄黑苗、红花大金元、ky56、Cokers258、N、C2326等等。烟叶用石蜡切片法制成永久切片,在显微镜下用目测微尺度量。根据烟叶显著的解剖学特征,提出了烟叶组织比值作为研究结果,即组织比值=栅栏组织厚度/海绵组织厚度,试图用它作为衡量烟草品质之一。试验结果表明:烟叶组织比值越大,品质越佳;反之,品质下降。同时,利用组织比值可以在大田工艺成熟期对任何类型的烟叶品质作出准确的判断,所以,利用组织比值可作为检查烟叶品质的一种新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The twenty eight materials were used in this study, Among them, there are N. C2326 coker’s258 KY56 and so on. To make permanent sections for microscpic examination, the leavs of tobacco were dealt with by paraffin method, Basing on evident anatomica characters of the leaf blade of the tobacco, the paper puts forward"Tissue ratio"of the tobacco as a result of the study.namely: Tissue ratio=Thickness of palisade tissue/Thickness of spongy tissue The more large tissue ratio was,the better was quality,on the contrary, the quality falls off. At the same time, the tissue ratio have made it possible to evaluate the quality of different varieties of the tobacco at their techincal maturity in the fields instead of having to wait until after harvest.
