气相色谱法测定尿中生理量Cr(Ⅲ)时所用萃取装置的改进
Some Improvements in the Extraction Apparatus Used in the Determination of Physiological Levels of Cr (Ⅲ) in Urine by Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 <正> 从最近的文献报导可看出,为测定生物体液中的铬,多数系应用电子捕获气相色谱法,测定铬的三氟乙酰丙酮络合物。但其前处理的方法均比较复杂,易污染,按T.R.Ryan和C.Hansen的方法操作,需将样品和萃取剂装入玻璃管中火封后高温萃取。此法的火封操作,易使样品流失和污染,玻璃管不能重复使用,操作复杂。为此我们新设计了金属萃取反应器及自动加热振荡器,并用其测定了正常人尿中的铬。
【Abstract】 A new design of metallic reaction extractor and an autoshaker with furnace have been developed. A rapid analysis for physiological levels of Cr(33333333) in urine using the new design was discussed, 1 ml of sample reacted with 1,1>1-trifluoro-2,4-pentadione disolved in hexane. The mixture was held in the metallic reaction extractor put in the autoshaker furnace, It is not necessary to digest or ash the sample in this procedure. Components of the mixiure are then separated using a gas-liquid chromatographic column, and chromium is detected as chromium trifluoroacetylace-tonate using an electron capture detector with tritium source. Cr(33333333) has been determined to be at the 4.49 ppb level in urine.
