液固界面上的衍生反应(Ⅱ)——水中痕量酚类的分析

【摘要】 <正> 有机物的痕量分析,对于环境监测、生物医学、超纯试剂等方面,都是必不可少的。对于水中痕量物质的分析,越来越多地采用大孔树脂吸附,然后溶剂洗脱浓缩及衍生的技术。由于被测物在吸附剂上的强吸着力,在吸附剂表面上进行衍生反应应该是更有利的。因为在界面上局部浓度较高,故化学反应的转化率较高。这样可使操作

【Abstract】 An attempt to derivatize directly the substances of interest adsorbed on the adsorbent surface without previous desorption has been made. The results showed that this technique is promising for the organic trace analysis in water samples. It saves the use of large amount of solvent for washing the adsorbent and the labour to remove the solvent later.In this work, phenol (p), p-cresol (PC), guaia-col (G) and 3,5-dimethyl phenol (DMP) in the concentration range of 105-10-8g/ml were adsorbed on anion exchange resin (NO. 717, Shanghai Resiu Works), dried and derivatized with acetone solution containing 0.5% pentafluorobenzyl bromide (PFB-Br) and 0.11% 18-crown ether-6 at 65-70 ??CCCCCCCCC for 2.5 hours- The recoveries are in the range of 88-104%.The minimum detectable quantities using ECD are: P 2.1pg, PC 4.4pg, DMP 3.9pg, and G 3.8pg, which were obtained under unfavorable conditions because the gas chromatograph (Perkin-Elmer F-17) used was rather old and the noise level was higher than usual.
