真丝精炼过程中的pH缓冲行为

【摘要】 本文以缓冲指数△β作为缓冲行为的表征,研究了精炼过程中pH缓冲行为.缓冲指数的定义为:△β=dβ/dpH研究了碳酸钠、碳酸氧钠、油酸钠体系的pH缓冲行为,找到了最佳pH缓冲值,并发现油酸钠具有协同效应,且作了讨论.还研究了真丝精炼过程中pH缓冲行为,发现丝胶亦具有协同效应,NaHCO3有反常现象.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the buffer behavior of pH in the process of degumming hasbeen studied by using buffer index △β as an indication. Here, the buffer indexis defined byThe pH buffer behavior of aqueous solutions of sodium carbonate, acid sodium carbonate and sodium oleate in various molar ratios have been studied. The experimental results show that sodium oleate and sericin have synergistic effect of pH buffering in the process of silk degumming. Only acid sodium carbonate shows an abnormality. Their mechanisms have also been discussed,
