【Abstract】 Laser instrument Mode YNJ-1 Nd-YAG manufactured by Shanghai Medical Laser Instrument Factory was used. Based upon the previous experimental work in dogs, 18 cases with acute gastrointestinal bleeding were treated by transendoscopic fibroptic laser photocoagulation in 1983. The success rate was 94.4％. Side-effects and complications were negligible; no perforation occurred both in animal experiments and clinical applications.更多还原
