【Abstract】 IgM was purified from the serum of a patient with Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia by dialysis against distilled water and gel chromatography on Sephadex G-200. Rabbits were injected with purified IgM (μ κ) 1 mg in complete Freunde’s adjuvant for 4 times at two-week interval. Antibodies against light chain of IgM and traces of other non-specific antibodies were adsorbed by the addition of immunoadsorbents consisting of IgG (γ κ) and cord serum. The adsorbed anti-μ serum was assayed and was found to be similar to the antibody against human μ-chain prepared by DAKO Company of Denmark.更多还原
