【Abstract】 This paper presents the experimental study of immune complexes （IC） on platelets in epidemic hemorrhagic fever. The influencing factors, including different stains, different concentration of fluorescent labelling serum and protein carriers were studied. It was found that IC on platelets surface contained specific antigen, antibody and C₃, which may be closely related to the mechanism of the disease.更多还原
