织布车间噪声性耳聋工人神经系统的变化

【摘要】 通过对一组因织布噪声致聋的退休女工神经系统的病史调查和检查测定,观察到噪声聋工人神经衰弱发病率增高,高级神经活动(镜画试验)错误率增高,植物神经功能试验(眼心反射)反射倒错率增高,脑血流图两侧波幅差异常率增高和脑电图变化等。以上结果提示,长期职业性织布噪声在对织布工人造成永久性听力障碍的同时,对神经系统也产生远期的不良影响。

【Abstract】 The nervous system functions of 53 retired weavers who had been exposed to loom noise of 102~104 dB(A) for 20-40 years and who suffered from severe hearing impairment were examined. Fifty-three workers without noise exposure served as controls. Mirror drawing test was used for testing the function of CNS, oculo-cardiac reflex test for function of autonomic NS, EEG for the electric activity of cerebrum and rheoencephalography for the cranial vascular function. The results showed that in the group with hearing loss, (1) the incidence of neurasthenia and error rates in mirror drawing test and oculo-cardiac reflex test were higher, (2) the wave amplitudes of EEG were decreased, and (3) the rate of abnormality in difference between the amplitudes of left and right hemispheres in rheoencephalogram was markedly increased. It is concluded that intensive loom noise not only induced permanent hearing loss in weavers but also impaired the functions of the central nervous system.
