兔视前区内微量注入纳洛酮对电针镇痛的影响
EFFECT OF NALOXONE MICROINJECTED INTO RABBIT’S PREOPTIC AREA ON ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA
【摘要】 本实验采用脑内微量注射的方法,观察在家兔视前区内注入阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮对电针镇痛的影响。实验分为双侧视前内侧区(MPO)组、单侧视前内侧区组及单侧视前外侧区(LPO)组。三组在电针时痛阈显著升高,注入纳洛酮后各组已升高的痛阈明显下降(P<0.01);双侧注射的作用维持时间比单侧注射长;纳洛酮在视前外侧区的作用比在视前内侧区更为明显。实验结果提示,视前区的内阿片肽可能参与针刺镇痛机理。
【Abstract】 The effect of naloxone microinjected into the preoptio area on eleotroaoupunoture analgesia was observed. Stainless steel injection cannulae were implanted into bilateral medial preoptio areas (n=8), unilateral medial preoptio area(n=6)and unilateral lateral preoptio area (n=4). It was found that during electroacupuncture the pain thresholds in the three groups rose singnifioantly (P<0.01). At the 12 th minute of eleotroaoupunoture, naloxone (2μg/2 μl/4 min, unilaterally) was. injected into the preoptic area. From the 6th minute after the onset of injection, the rising pain thresholds in the three groups dropped significantly, as compared with those before injection and of saline control groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The reversing effect of naloxone lasted 6~12 minutes, which was longer in the bilateral injection experiments than in the unilateral ones, and it was more effective when injected into the lateral preoptio area than into the medial one. It is suggested that endogenous opioid peptides in the preoptic area is possibly involved in acupuncture analgesia.
