应用芬太尼、羟哌氯丙嗪或灭吐灵促使针麻镇痛增效
ACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA POTENTIATED BY FENTANYL, PERPHENAZINE OR METOCLOPRAMIDE
【摘要】 家兔203只,用钾离子透入法测痛,电针单侧“合谷”和“外关”穴,观察芬太尼、羟哌氯丙嗪或灭吐灵对针刺镇痛增效的影响。在实验中发现,以芬太尼2.5、5、10μg/kg或羟哌氯丙嗪0.5、1、2mg/kg静注,均能显著提高针刺镇痛的阈值、延长时效。以灭吐灵2、4、6mg/kg静注能延长时效;当予以灭吐灵6mg/kg时能显著提高针刺镇痛的阈值。实验结果提示,阿片受体激动剂芬太尼、安定镇痛增效剂羟哌氯丙嗪或阻断脑内多巴胺(DA)受体和抗胆碱酯酶的药物灭吐灵,能促使针刺镇痛增效。
【Abstract】 The potassium iontophoretic colorimetry was used to determine the pain threshold of 203 rabbits. Unilateral "Hegu" and "Waiguan" points of each rabbit were electrically needled. Different doses of fentanyl, perphenazine or metoclopramide were injected intravenously to determine their potential effects, namely, the potency and the duration on acupuncture analgesia. Fentanyl 2.5μg/kg, 5μg/kg or 10μg/kg and perphenazine 0.5 mg/kg, 1mg/kg or 2mg/kg gave definite positive results. Metoolopramide 2mg/kg, 6mg/kg did prolong the duration, at dose of 6mg/kg, and the potency as well.This invetigation gives the evidence that the drug choice for acupuncture analgesia should be based upon the pain mechanism, for instance, either acting upon the central opiate receptor or interfering with the activity of the central neurotransmit-ters, such as blocking the brain DA receptor or inhibiting the cellular oholinesterase.
