【摘要】 本试验对病理剖检定为猪瘟的30头份和定为猪丹毒一头份病理组织(淋巴结、扁桃体和肝脏)利用FITC-SPA标记物进行间接染色试验复诊,结果25头份材料呈阳性反应.6头份材料(包括一头猪丹毒材料)呈阴性反应。同时对31头份材料进行平行试验检查非特异性荧光反应,结果全部呈阴性反应。另外从屠宰场肉尸中采集了10头份正常猪的淋巴结、扁桃体和肾脏作阴性对照材料,进行试验也全部呈阴性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this test, we use FITC-SPA indirect fluorescent staining test to diagnose 30 pigs of pestis suum of pathological tissue and 1 pig of erysipelas suis of pathological tissne (Lymph tonsil and liver)the results indicate that 25 pigs of pathological tiss are occured positive reaction the other 6 samples are occured negative reaction (include 1 Pig of erysipelas suis). At the same time, the above 31 pigs of pathological tissues have bone on an eqnal footing nonspecific of fluorescent assay, the results that all of them occured negative. In addition, from bntchery collected 10 pigs of clinically normal of lymph tonsiln and kidne have done FITC-SPA indirect flnorescent staining test for normal control, the results all of them occured negative.更多还原
