【Abstract】 This article describes the amount of LGL cells in the peripheral blood of tumor patients, the kinetic changes relating to therapy, and the relevance of LGL cells in normal individuals to the NK activity.In addition to granules in LGL cells, this study reports some small lymphocytes having granules in their cytoplasms. It is reported that the amount of LGL cells in cancer patients is more than those in normal individuals. The amount of LGL cells % in 19 cancer cases that show good therapeutic effects has been found to be bigger than that in both normal individuals and cancer patients. The LGL cells % in 18 recovering cancer cases was not significantly different as compared with healthy individuals. The LGL cells in 5 cases with cerebrum tumor after operation were elevated, and so were those in 10 cases with liver carcinoma for therapy in hospital. In 20 normal individuals, the relevance of the amount of LGL cells was in parallel to the NK activity.更多还原
