辅酶Q10对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶活性和环核苷酸含量的影响

【摘要】 本文报道CoQ10除能明显提高正常及带瘤(S180)小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能外,还能明显增强巨噬细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性。同时,使巨噬细胞内的 cAMP含量明显降低,cGMP的含量也有升高趋向,导致 cAMP/cGMP比值显著减小。反映了巨噬细胞在被CoQ10激活过程中,细胞内存在着环核苷酸含量和比值的变化。

【Abstract】 In a previous paper we have reported that the Chinese-made Coenzyme (Co Q10 ) may induce some promotive effects for the immunological function in mice. This experiment further demonstrated that Co Q10 can not only cause a significant increase in the phagocy-tie function but also obviously enhance the activity of succinate dehydrogenase in the macro-phage. Simultaneously, the content of cyclic AMP in macrophage was markedly reduced, so the cyclic AMP/cyclic GMP ratio became decreased. The result showed that activating of macrophage by Co Q10 may be related to the level change of cyclic nucleotide in the cell.
