离心式水泵和风机采用液力偶合器调速的经济技术效果
Economical and Technical Effects of Centrifugal Pumps and Fans Using Fluid Couplings for Rotation Speed Control
【摘要】 水泵和风机是国民经济各领域中广泛应用的通用机械,其消耗的电能约占全国总发电量的40%。在变工况运行中这些电能的合理使用和节约,已日益为人们所重视。本文介绍的液力偶合器的转速调节方法,可以大量节能。文中先对国内普遍使用的节流调节方式进行简要的论述分析后,着重叙述采用液力偶合器调速后水泵和风机的特性变化,计算出节能的数值,并附有使用实例。
【Abstract】 Centrifugal pumps and fans are widely-used equipment in nearly every industrialdepartment of national economy.Electrical energy consumed by them takes about40% of the total power generated in the country.Reasonable and economical appli-cations of this energy during different running conditions have been generally recog-nized.This paper suggests a rotational control method by using variable speed fluidcouplings to achieve considerable power saving.Following a brief description andanalysis of the conventional throttle control method adopted domestically,the charac-terstic changes of pumps and fans using variable speed fluid couplings are emphaticallydescribed,and then the amounts of power saved are calculated.Some practical exam-pies are also appended which can be referred to by departments concerned.
