海洋钻井平台T型管状接头的有限元分析
Analysis of Tubular T-connection of Offshore Drilling Platform by the Finite Element Method
【摘要】 本文用“线性静动力结构分析程序”对海洋钻井平台 T 型管状接头进行了有限元分析。通过对无加强管状接头的计算,对所得“热点”的应力集中系数以及应力分布情况与用经典解析法所得结果及试验值作了比较,效果极为满意。本文还对具有局部加强的 T 型管状复杂接头进行了有限元分析,其中包括具有加强段(即在管子交接区域局部增厚管壁厚度)和用肘板局部加强的管状接头。计算结果表明,局部加强对降低管状接头应力集中系数效果十分显著。对于具有局部加强的复杂管状接头,若用基于壳体理论的经典解析法求解是十分困难的,这就充分显示了用有限元分析复杂接头的优越性。
【Abstract】 A finite element analysis of tubular T-joints by using the Structural AnalysisProgram for Static and Dynamic Response of Linear Systems is presented in this pa-per.Numerical results coincide well with the solutions by the classical analysis andexperimental research.The local strengthened joints including reinforced chord tubesand gusset plates are also calculated with this method.Results show that local streng-thening is an effective way to reduce the stress concentration of tubular joints.
