盒式金属磁带录放磁头用非晶态合金的研制

【摘要】 用双辊法制造的Fe Co Ni Cu Si B系非晶态合金条带,经连续纵向磁场热处理,具有高Bs、高μe和λs≈0的特性,用其做盒式录音机录放兼用磁头的磁芯,不仅能用于普通磁带,显示出优异的特性,而且用于金属磁带时也较佳。

【Abstract】 The ribbon of FeCoNiCuSiB amorphous alloy is prepared by the double roller type quenching method. After strand annealed in longitudinal magnetic field the magnetic properties of the alloy, such as saturation magnetization Bs, permeability ue and zeromagnetostriction (λs≈0) of the alloy are greatly improved. The alloy can be successfully used in manufacturing the core in the magnetic head of recording and reproducing cassette. The magnetic head thus manufactured works well not only in conjunction with common tapes but with metallic tapes as well.
