【摘要】 以小白鼠翻正反射消失3分钟以上为指标,研究盐酸异丙嗪20mg/kg与安眠酮合并应用的效果,并以概率和法及Loewe的等效线法进行分析,结果表明概率和法比较灵敏。从Q值及剂量效应线可以看出,盐酸异丙嗪与安眠酮二者之间的关系是随安眠酮的剂量而定,大剂量时协同,而小剂量时拮抗。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the effect of the methaqualone with promethazine hydrochloride, according to T. R. derived from Loewe’s method and Q₅₀ of probalility sum method developed in our laboratory, the result indicated that the combined effect of the two drugs was synergistic. In addition, as viewed from the values of Q, the pharmaoological property of methaqualong and promethazine hydrochloride in combination was changeable with the dose levels of methaqualone: antagonistic with small dose, synergistic with large dose.更多还原
