四层热金属片的优化计算
Optimization of Quadri-Metal Thermostats
【摘要】 热双金属片是由二层不同膨胀率的金属片牢固地粘结在一起所构成,受温度变化而动作。它是低压电器及自动控制中的基本元件,随着对元件性能要求的不断提高,目前已由二层金属发展为三层、四层金属构成的热金属片。本文为四层热金属片设计和制造之需要,提出了温曲率(单位温差时的曲率变化)的计算式,并以最大温曲率为目标,对热金属片各层厚度进行优化分析,列出了计算程序,并附以实例。
【Abstract】 The bimetal thermostat, composed of two layers of metallurgically bonded metals whioh act in response to any temperature change with different coefficients of thermal expansion, is one of those basic elements used for autocontrol and in low-voltage electric apparatus. Recently, tri-metal and quadri-metal thermostats have been developed to meet the growing demands on the performance of such elements. In this paper, a formula is derived to compute the flexivity of quadri-metal thermostat and its optimizationis given for design and production. The program for evaluation in detail is given in the appendix.
