【摘要】 1950～1982年收治入院食管及贲门癌1593例,1402例手术治疗,术后并发症有23种,152例,占10.8%。术后各种并发症:吻合口痿43例,占3.06%,死亡28例。呼吸系统并发症36例,占2.50%,死亡12例,脓胸24例,占1.6%,死亡2例。心血管系统并发症9例,全部死亡。其余有肠梗阻、膈疝、乳糜胸等。更多还原

【Abstract】 1,593 cases of esophago-cardiae carcinoma had been hospitalizedfrom 1950 to 1982, and 1,402 of them had received surgical operations. Post-operative complications and results were categoried as follows: there were 23kinds(152 cases, 10.8%), 74 among them didn’t survive( motality rate ofcomplications:48.7%). Varieties of complications are: 43(3.06%) with leakageof the anastomosis site, 28 died ( 65.0% ); 36 ( 2.50% ) with complications ofrespiratory tract, 12 died ( 33.3% ); 24 ( 1.6% ) with simple empyema, 2 died(8.0%); 9 with cardiovascular complications all died; among 8 with infectionof the incision one died. Others are intestinal obstruction, diaphragmatic hernia,massive hemorrhage, suffocation, renal failure, etc.更多还原
