应用火箭—线状免疫电泳对一株冬虫夏草菌的鉴定研究
AN IDENTIFIABLE STUDY TO A STRAIN OF THE CORDYCEPS BY USING ROEKET LINE IMMUNOELE CT RO PHORESIS
【摘要】 火箭—线状免疫电泳具有较高的灵敏度和专一性。我们在国内首次应用火箭—线状免疫电泳,对从青海省新鲜冬虫夏草的虫体内,分得的一株冬虫夏草菌进行了鉴定研究。结果表明,分离菌和冬虫夏草的子座具有相同的抗原性。同时证实分离菌、冬虫夏草的子座和虫体三者之间,存在交叉的血清学的亲缘关系。可以初步鉴定分离菌为冬虫夏草菌[Cordyceps Sinensis Sp.(Berk)Sacc]。
【Abstract】 The rocket line immunoelectrophoresis carries a high sensitive and a specific properties. By means of this method, we have studied a strain of the crodyceps which was isolated from the sweet insect body in Qinghai province. The result of this study revealed that the segregated culture and ascostroma of cordyceps has an identical antigenicity. Besides, the segregated culture, the ascostroma of cordyceps and the insect body exist tialy identified that the segregated culture is a((Cordyceps sinensis sp. (Berk)Sacc)).
