线性作图法电位滴定盐酸麻黄碱

【摘要】 一些生物碱的强酸盐药物,如盐酸麻黄碱等,在水溶液中显示极弱的酸性(Ki≤10-7),不能用标准碱溶液直接进行目视滴定,通常用非水滴定测定含量。但该法分析操作繁琐,在生产上控制分析不能迅速得到结果;而且有机溶剂价昂,污染环境,严重损害操作人员身体健康,不适宜作常规分析。本文报导了在水溶液中用线性作图法电位滴定盐酸麻黄碱。分析操作简单、快速,结果精确、可靠,与经典的非水滴定方法比较,相对误差小于±0.5%,并避免了有机溶剂污染环境。

【Abstract】 Application of linear graphic method in potentiometric titration for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride has been reported.The procedure is simple and rapid.The results are accurate and reliable. The analytical results are in agreement with those of the classical nonaqueous titration adopted by Chinese pharmacopoeia(1977).The relative errors are less than ±0.5% and the advantage of the method is to aviod the pollution of environment by organic solvents. The method can be applied for pharmaceutical analysis.
