【Abstract】 Anopheles (Anopheles) lianghanensis sp.n. (figs. 1—6) This new species is closely related to A.kweiyangensis and A.sinensis. The differential diagnoses are mainly as follows:Characteristics A.liangshanensis, sp.n. A.kweiyangensis A.sinensis Adult: NO. of costal base 0 1 0 pale spot No. of dark marks 3 3 2 on vein 6 Shape of dark marks transverse triangle T-shape at sternopleura rectangle Site and No.of near the base, base, 2 base, 3 serrate on first leaflet 3 - 5 subapical, 1 of aedeagus Larvae:shape and No. bundle, 24 tree-shape tree-shape,of head sera 16 32 3 -C branches Pupae: Wing sheath few rows round, many dark spots Egg: Width of egg- 58 (44-72) 41(24-48) 81 (73-93) deck (μ) This new species is very closely related to A.kweiyangensis and A.sinensis but reproductive isolation was observed in crossing experiments.
