工业萘加氢精制放大催化剂在中型装置中的活性及其物化性质的研究
THE HYDROFINING ACTIVITY AND PHYSICAL CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF THE CATALYST 7719 IN A PILOT TEST
【摘要】 用于粗萘加氢精制的7719型(Mo-Co/γ-Al2O3)放大催化剂在上海焦化厂15升中型流动反应装置中试验成功。用焦炉气为氢源运转了3800小时,脱硫活性大于95%。使用后催化剂的表面除积炭外,还有金属氧化物沉积。经X-射线电子能谱鉴定为Fe2O3。大部份氧化铁沉积在反应器入口催化剂表面。催化剂活性组份主要负载于40-130(?)孔径范围内,而不是均匀分配。一经反应,催化剂中20—90(?)范围内的孔体积由于碳沉积而缩小,此后长时间无变化。
【Abstract】 The performance of 7719 catalyst(Mo·Co/γ-Al2O3)for hydrofining ofraw naphthalene in the pilot plant with a 15 l reactor in flow system issatisfactory.It runs for more than 3800 hr using coke oven gas as hydro-gen source with hydrodesulfurization activity more than 95%.Beside coke,it is found metal oxide deposited on the external surfaceof the catalyst in the inlet part of the reactor.This metal oxide is Fe2O3as determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The active componentof the catalyst is found nonuniformly distributed on the pore with dia-meter in the range of 40-130(?).The volume of pores with diameter ranging20—90(?)is reduced immediately after reaction because of coke depositionbut it doesn’t change afterwards.
