【摘要】 常压下,测定了在C301型铜基催化剂上CO-H2-CO2-H2O-CH3OH 系统中甲醇分解的本征反应速率,对幂函数型甲醇分解本征动力学模型进行了参数估值。求得甲醇分解的动力学方程为:(?)温度与气体组成的实验范围参照甲醇合成工业生产条件。研究结果表明,二氧化碳对甲醇的分解起促进作用。上述复合反应系统中变换反应接近平衡。

【Abstract】 The intrinsic reaction rates of the methanol decomposition in CO-H2-CO2-CH3OH system under atmospheric pressure over C301 cupric-basedcatalyst have been measured.The parameter estimation of the intrinsickinetic model of the power type for methanol decomposition is performed.It is obtained that the kinetic equation of the methanol decompo-sition isRm=-(dNm)/dW=0.9525×1010exp(-24840/RgT)pCO-0.30pH2-0.15pm0.65pCO20.45 mol/g·hThe ranges of temperatures and compositions of gases chosen in experi-ment are analogous to that of industrial methanol production.This researchshows that carbon dioxide plays an active part in the methanol decompo-sition reaction and the shift reaction approachs to chemical equillibrium.
