环流反应器上升管中的气液固含率和摩擦系数
THE HOLDUP OF GAS LIQUID AND SOLID AND FRICTION COEFFICIENT IN THE UPFLOW PIPE OF LOOP REACTOR
【摘要】 本文将气液两相在环流反应器上升管中流动的动量平衡关系引用到气液固三相流动,得到计算上升管中的三相含率和摩擦系数其关系式如下:含气率εG=(1.36uMuLS0.64(1-εG)0.36μL0.36)/(D1.36ρLS0.36(1-1.35CV)0.90g)+(ρLuLS2)/(ρLS(1-εG)2g) dεG/dZ+(ρL)/ρLS dh/dZ+(ρLS-ρL)/ρLS含固率εS=(1-εG)CV摩擦系数CfM=O.68[(ρLSuLSD(1-1.35CV)2.5)/(1-εG)μL]-0.36冷模试验装置由上升管(内径40毫米)和下降管(内径120毫米)组成,总高约3.2米,系有机玻璃制成。物料为空气、水和石英砂。在常温常压下,以气体表观速度约0.2—1.0米/秒进行试验。实验值和计算值的比较结果是对平均含气率CfM=O.68[(ρLSuLSD(1-1.35CV)2.5)/(1-εG)μL]-0.36的平均偏差均小于8%。
【Abstract】 The experiment is carried out in a installation composed of an upflowpipe(40 mm i.d.)and a downflow pipe(120 mm i.d.)with a totalheight of 3.2 m.The materials used are air,water and quartz sand.Superficial velocity is 0.2-1.0 m/s.The relationship of the momentum balance of gas-liquid flow in theupflow pipe of loop reactor is extended to that of gas-liquid-solid threephase flow.The following equations were obtained for calculating gas-liquid-solid holdup and friction coefficient.Gas holdup εG:εG=(1.36uMuLS0.64(1-εG)0.36μL0.36)/(D1.36ρLS0.36(1-1.35CV)0.90g)+(ρLuLS2)/(ρLS(1-εG)2g) dεG/dZ+(ρL)/ρLS dh/dZ+(ρLS-ρL)/ρLSSolid holdup εS:εS=(1-εG)CVFriction coefficient CfM:CfM=O.68[(ρLSuLSD(1-1.35CV)2.5)/(1-εG)μL]-0.36Agreement between calculated and measured value is fairly good.Average deviation of(?)is less than 8%
