铁谱技术用于滑动轴承的失效分析
The Applications of Ferrography Technology to the Failure Analysis of Bearing
【摘要】 本文叙述应用分析铁谱、扫描电镜和能谱,对石油钻头滑动轴承进行失效分析,并评价实验室磨损试验与实际轴承在磨损机理与失效类型方面的差别。研究表明:滑动轴承失效主要起因于疲劳磨损,而模拟磨损试验则为严重滑动磨损。铁谱技术是进行零件失效分析和模拟磨损试验可靠性评价的有效手段。
【Abstract】 The wear failure of oil drill sliding bearing is analysed and the differences of wear mechanisms and failure modes between field bearing and simulative wear testsare evaluated by use of analytic ferrograph,SEM and EDS.Our investigation has shown that bearing failure is mainly caused by fatigue wear,but in the simulative wear test the severe sliding wear is dominative.Ferrographytechnology is an effective tool for analysing wear failure and evaluating the reliabilityof wear tests.
