橡胶树在零上低温过程中细胞质膜透性变化的研究

【摘要】 在零上低温条件下,对橡胶树无性系器官细胞质膜透性变化进行了电导法测定,结果表明,橡胶树细胞质膜透性的升降与温度的降升呈正相关。本文还讨论了同一植株不同部位器官质膜透性的差异性和低温对叶片及茎干伤害的不一致性。

【Abstract】 By measuring the electrical conductivity, the changes in cell membrane permebility of 10 Hevea clones were examined at low temperatures ranging from 0℃ to 10℃.The results obtained are as follows: (1) The permeability of cell membranes increased with the drop in temperature or with the duration of exposure to chilling temperatures.But the increases and flucuations in permeability of cold-resistant clones or plants were smaller than those of cold-sensitive ones. (2) The permeability of different organs of a rubber plant varied with their positions, that is the permeability of leaf blades or leaf stalks decreased progressively from the lower whorls to the higher ones, whereas the permeability of green stem cortex increased progressively from the lower whorls to the higher ones. (3) The changes in permeability of leaf blades were positively correlated with the severity of injury of leaf blades, but were not always correlated with that of stems.
