亚麻育种材料耐旱性鉴定方法的研究
Studies of Appraisement Methods of Drought Resistance in Selecting Breeding Material of Flax.
【摘要】 本文选用几种耐旱性鉴定方法,在鉴定亚麻(Linum sitatissimum)育种材料工作中进行了初步应用性的研究,结果表明:1.仅以亚麻叶的气孔密度对亚麻育种材料进行耐旱性的筛选或划分亚麻栽培生态型是不可靠的。2.在保持试验条件一致情况下,测定亚麻枞形期展开叶片束缚水与自由水比值和幼株保水力,可以作为筛选适应性强、稳产性能好的育种材料的室内指标。3.将亚麻种子播入渗透势为-9.2巴蔗糖液及净沙配成的发芽床上发芽,可以反映出供试种子在水分逆境条件条件下对水分的利用能力。
【Abstract】 In this paper using several methods of appraising drought resistance,We ma- de primary study of appraising materials of flax breeding (Limum sitatissimum). The result demonstrated that: 1.It is unreliable to select drought resistance of breeding materials of flax or dividing Cultivating ecotypes of flax only according to the stomatie density in leaves of flax, 2.We may select breeding materiets of strong adaptability and stable yields by measuring the ratio of bound water to free water of leaves at fir shape stage of flax and measurement of protective capability to water at cut young plant. 3.Flax seeds were planted in germination bed with clear sand mixing with sucrose solution of-9.2bar osmotic concentration.According to germination per- centage may be appraised using capability of water to seeds under stress of water.
