【Abstract】 OX-BB creatine kinase was purifiedby alcohol-and ammonium sulfate-fraction-ation,followed by phosphate cellulose,DEAE-cellulose ion-exchange chromatogra-phy and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration.The specific activity increased approxi-mately 33-fold,the recovery of activitywas 0.72%.The purified enzyme prepara-tion on polyacrylamide gel electrophore-sis with protein staining showed only oneband.更多还原
