【摘要】 本文报道自安徽省和县大包村采集人恶性疟现症病人和带虫者3倒虫血,脱纤维蛋白后,直接进行体外培养。虫体生长良好,到目前为止其中1例培养已达116天,另2例培养达95天,并有配子体出现。实验表明用于起始培养的虫血原虫密度较低仍可培养成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the estab-lishment of Anhui isolate of Plasmodi-um falciparum in continuous culture.Thereblood samples with malarial parasites,taken from a symptomatic malaria patientand two carriers in Dabao Village of HeCounty in Anhui province,were broughtto laboratory after defibrination and cul-tured directly.The parasites in culturehave been growing in normal multiplica-tion.Up to now,one of the three has beencultured continuously in vitro for 116 daysand the other two for 95 days.Gamet-ocyte formation could be observed in thecourse.The results show that even thoughthe level of initial parasitemia is ratherlow,erythrocytic stages of plasmodium fal-ciparum may be cultured in vitro success- fully.更多还原
