【摘要】 本文报告2例食管异物并发主动脉-食管瘘,在347例食管异物住院病人中占0.58%。根据吞入异物史、典型的呕血症状、胸片及食管钡餐造影,常可确定诊断。而尽早采用食管镜或手术方法去除异物是预防主动脉-食管痿的主要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of the 347 inpatients with esophageal foreign bodies,two developed aorto-esophageal fistulas.The incidence was 0.58%.This complication could readily be diagnosed by the history of ingesting foreign object and hematemesis.Chest film and esophageal barium meal were also helpful.The removal of foreign body throughesophagoscope or esophagotomy was considered to be the chief measure for the prevention of this disease.更多还原
