绿肥氮素在淹水条件下矿化的特征
STUDIES ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF MINERALIZATION OF GREEN MANURE UNDER SUBMERGED CONDITION
【摘要】 为了明确绿肥氮素在淹水条件下的矿化特征,采用培养试验和盆栽试验两种方法进行研究。结果表明,在20—30℃淹水培养条件下,加入土壤中的绿肥氮矿化率与有效积温(T—15)D的关系,符合y=K[(T一15)D]~n经验公式的规律。绿肥不同品种及不同生育期,其氮素的分解率及分解速率不同。绿肥氮的分解特征,主要由其化学组成所决定,绿肥中热水溶性氮的百分率与培养1000(日·度)有效积温时氮的矿化率之间相关密切。土壤中的绿肥加入量及土壤本身的物理化学性质对绿肥的分解率及分解速率也有影响。盆栽试验结果与培养试验结果相关良好,但绿肥在盆栽条件下的矿化率较培养条件下高。
【Abstract】 Incubation method and pot experiment were used to study the mineralization of green manure under submerged condition. The results showed that the amount of nitrogen mineralized from the green manure added to soil was corelated with the effective cumulative temperature i.e.y=k[(T—15)D]~n in which y is the amount of nitrogen mineralized, D the number of days, T the actual temperature during incubation and k and n constants. The rate and degree of mineralization of the green manure varied with the species and growing stages of the green manures. It seemed that the characteristics of the mineralization of green manure were dependent mainly by its chemical composition. A good correlation was found between the percentage of the hot water soluble N of the green manure and the nitrogen mineralized when incubated to 1000 effective cumulative temperature. The amount of green manure added to soil and the soil chemical and physical properties also influenced the rate and degree of decomposition of the green manure. The results of pot experiment showed a good correlation with the incubation method. But the amount of N mineralized from the green manure with the pot experiment was greater than that with the incubation method.
