【摘要】 在马克思主义经济理论的指导下,本文对国外采用的一些森林生态效能经济评价方法进行了类比研究,对森林生态效能经济评价方法的理论基础做了探讨。作者认为,森林生态效能使国民经济中受其影响的单位因具有资源丰度和环境质量上的某种优势而获得的级差地租,就是森林生态效能给国民经济带来的经济效益;计量这些级差地租,就是对森林的生态效能进行经济评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of marxist economics, this paper makes a systematic study of the theory and method for the economic evaluation of ecological effect of forest. It holds that the differential rent, gained as a result of better resources and environment created by a better ecosystem which is made possible by forest, is the economic benefit which the ecological effect of forest brings about to the national economy. The measurement of these differential rents is nothing but the economic evaluation of ecological effect of forest.更多还原
