【摘要】 本文采用临界区热处理工艺,对37CrNi3MoVA过热钢材的矫正进行了研究。推荐亚温淬火加高温回火这种行之有效的新工艺。经上述处理后,过热钢材的石状断口获得改善;在等强度条件下,韧性超过正常钢的水平。进而,对其矫正机理进行介绍和讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In fhis paper ? study of intercritical heat-treatment process has beenconducted tor the reclamation of overheated 37CrNi3 MoVA steel, and intr-oduce the new process which is combination of sub-temperature Quenchingand high temperature tempering to avialable for use. After this heat-tre-atment the rocksalt fracture can be eliminated and the overheated steelobtains toughness above the non-overheated level while the strength rem-ained essentially unchanged. Still further, the mechanism of the reclam-ation will be described and discussed.更多还原
