刮板运煤机链环-中板间的摩擦和中板材料的耐磨性研究
A Study on Friction Between-Chain Ring and Medium Plate and Wear Resistant of Medium Plate in Coal Scraper Conveyers
【摘要】 作者在ML-10栓盘试验机上测定了刮板运煤机链环-中板材料间的摩擦系数,该摩擦系数随煤的类型、荷载的不同而变化。目前对刮板运煤机推荐使用的阻力系数远低于该摩擦系数,应给予修正。作者还在M-200型试验机上试验了Fe-314等离子喷焊、Fe-05灰弧堆焊等六种中板材料的耐磨性,结果表明Fe-314等离子堆焊材料和Fe-05炭弧堆焊材料具有较好的耐磨性,经井下运煤试验,这两种强化材料可使中板的耐磨寿命提高两倍。
【Abstract】 The coefficient of friction between chain-ring and medium plate of coal scrajper conveyers has been determined by a pin-disc tester of ML-10. The coefficient of friction is dependent on coal sorts and applied, loads., The drag coefficient recommended presently to coal scraper conveyers is lender, than, above; coiefficent, of friction and .should, be- revised. The wear resistance of six materials of medium plate has been .tested on a M-200 apparatus. It has been sho-wd thaf plasma sprayed material of Fe-314 and carbon arc heap welded,.material of Fe-05 are more resistant to wear than the others. It has been reported from coal conveying test performed in mine pit that the service life of medium plate made from these two materials increases by a factor of 3 times as long as that.
