苔藓植物孢子形态的研究(一)——几种泥炭藓(Sphagnum)孢子的光学研究和电子显微镜观察

【摘要】 <正> 泥炭藓(Sphagnum)是水湿或沼泽地区丛生藓类。其植物体形态和构造分化简单,孢子体仅具由配子体组织发育的假蒴柄;孢蒴球形,盖裂,无蒴轴及蒴齿分化,因而为鲜纲中一个独立的亚纲,在苔藓系统排列中,列为原始的类型之一。同时,泥炭藓于湖泊、沼泽或湿原中形成大片群落,在适宜条件下逐年不断地生长,下部不断死亡,厚度可达数米以至数十米,下部植物体由于过量密集丛生,生于酸度大、缺氧气的水湿情况
【Abstract】 The observations by Light and Scanning Electron Micro-scope on the spore morphology of 3 species of Sphagnum i. e.S. squarrosum Peres., S. girgeiisohnii Russ., S. teres (Schimp.)Aongstr. are described in detail. The paper deals with thespore polarity, the structure of trilete, the ornamentation ofspore-surface and their significance in taxonomy and phy-logeny of bryophytes. The figures of the spores drawn underthe light microscope and the photographs taken by SEM areshown in plates.
