猪囊尾蚴的超微结构
Ultrastructure of Cysticercus Cellulosae
【摘要】 <正> 由于绦虫缺乏消化道,表皮承担着消化、吸收、排泄等多种功能。对其超微结构研究的论著甚多,但绦虫幼虫在宿主体内进行吸收和代谢的方式,目前仍无肯定的结论。本文观察了猪囊尾蚴外囊壁、头颈节的超微结构,结合以往的报道,对形态学上某些细节作了补充描述,并对囊尾蚴外囊壁及管道系统的可能功能进行了探
【Abstract】 The present paper reports the ultrastructure of cysticercus cellulosae referring to the studies of others,We describe its morphology in detail and discuss probable function of the external cyst wall and the excretory system of cysticercus cellulosae. SEM shows there are a few filamenta between both the individual microthiches on the external cyst wall.these filamenta exist not only in the proximal portions of microthiches,but also in the distal portions. The internals surface of cyst wall of cysticercus is the structure of a loose fibrous network.There are some pores,which are arranged in a line,in the surface of neck region of cysticercus its lining has many microthiches. SEM micrograph of the cross fracture of the excretory duct shows many glycogen granules distributed around the duct.The results show that the structure of a loose fibrous network(the internal surface of cyst wall of cysticercus)may become a barrier to harmful material.The excretory system of cysticercus might have an excretion and reabsorption and a function to absorb some material,as well.
