【摘要】 本文研究了各种品种桑蚕(家蚕)的血液、丝腺中液状丝物质和白色茧层的荧光色和荧光分光光谱.结果摘要如下: (1) 白色桑蚕茧中存在荧光性物质,这些荧光性物质是从血液中被丝腺细胞吸收而进入丝物质中的。 (2) 这些荧光性物质分子中合有化学活性基团,在适宜的外界条件下(包括温度、湿度、酶和空气……等)可以发生化学变化,这种变化导致茧层荧光色的改变。 (3) 荧光性物质不仅存在于丝胶中,也存在于丝素中。 (4) 某些品种茧层的荧光色与蚕的性别有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 in this paper, the authors have investigated fluorescent colours and fluorescent spectrum of the blood, the liquid silk substances in silkgland and the cocoon layer for some races with white cocoons of the silk worm. The results are summarized as follows:(1) There are flourescent substances in the white cocoon layer. These substances are absorbed from the blood by the silk-gland cells.(2) These substances are compounds that contain the active groups and may produce chemical changes in appropriate conditions,which involve temperature, moisture, enzymes, air,etc.These changes lead the variation of flourescent colour of cocoon.(3) The flourescent substances not only exist in the sericin but also in the fibroin.(4) Fluorescent colours of cocoon layer are related to the sex of silkworm for some races.更多还原
