提高低铜精矿的质量——关于黄铜矿与毒砂、黄铁矿分离的研究
IMPROVEMENT ON QUALITY OF LOW COPPER CONCENTRATE——ON SEPARATION OF CHALCOPYRITE FROM ARSENOPYRITE AND PYRITE
【摘要】 本文叙述采用亚硫酸-石灰法分选黄铜矿与毒砂。结果表明,在溶解有石灰的弱酸性矿浆中,用亚硫酸抑制毒砂与黄铁矿,丁基黄药作捕收剂浮选黄铜矿,浮选前加强对矿浆的搅拌擦洗,控制亚硫酸的作用时间,可有效地使黄铜矿与毒砂分离,并能取得好的分选结果。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the separation of chalcopyrite from arsenopyrite by sulfite-lime method. The results indicate that the separation of chalcopyrite from arsenopyrite may effectively be achieved during chalcopyrite flotation which sulfite be used to depress arsenopyrite and pyrite in weakly acid pulp containing lime and butyl xanthate as collector, before the flotation strongly cleaning pulp by agitation and controlling action time of sulfite, so the good separating effects can be obtained.
