铅锑合金真空蒸馏分离(一)
Vaccum Distillation Separatiou of Antimony from Dachangs Antimony-lea d Alloys (一)
【摘要】 <正> 前言某厂对脆硫铅锑矿(Pb4 Fe Sb6 S14)采取的试生产流程是,精矿经沸腾焙烧后入反射炉熔炼得到含铅60%,锑35%左右的粗合金。粗合金经反射炉氧化吹炼将锑氧化成锑氧(Sb2 O3)并产出含铅83%左右,锑15%—17%的底铅。底铅经电解产出精铅。锑氧再行还原熔炼产出含锑90%,铅10%左右的合金,工厂俗称“高铅锑”。粗合金的氧化吹炼,生产周期很长,生产率低,且劳动条件差。锑对氧的亲和力虽大于铅对氧的亲和力,但相差并不十分显著。故氧化分离铅锑难于彻底。铅锑分离至今
【Abstract】 According to the technology of Jincheng Jiang metallurgical plant and physical—chemical properties of antimony and lead in the metallurgical process, the paper describes the necessity and difficulty for separation of sb from Sb-pb allogs. Authors present the basic principle of vacuum disstillation sb-pb allogs and the results of research work and its discussion. The effect of temperature, time, residual gas pressure and the thickness of material layer on vacuum Process have been studied in the paper. It has been found that in iaboratory scale under optimum Coudition metallic antimony containing below 0.1% Pb could be obtained by vacuum distillation.
